Justicia Islamica published by the Department of Sharia and Islamic Economic IAIN Ponorogo. The journal is intended as a venue for open-minded to all people. Editor accepts writings of the results of conceptual thinking and research in the fields of law, Islamic law and social problems that have never been published. The editor reserves the right to perform editing without changing the intent of writing.

The focus and scope of the journal is Legal Studies, Islamic Law, Islamic Economics through the publication of articles and research report.

Peer Review Process
Justicia Islamica published by the Department of Shariah of IAIN Ponorogo.
Submission of articles through electronic processes or via the web prior OJS, authors enroll and enter the text via online.
All submissions go through the reviewer blind reading process. Recommendations or comments of the reviewers who are competent is an important consideration related to the admissibility of the manuscript.
Articles are reviewed by at least 2 reviewers corresponding to the field of science and never publish journal articles in national or international journals of repute.
Reviewers are experts in their respective disciplines. This expertise can be measured through the theme of research, publications, and presentations.
The time given to the reviewer is two weeks.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration.

The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
Requirements to be met by the author as follows:
Author storing copyright and grant the journal right of first publication manuscripts simultaneously with licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with a statement of the work’s authorship and initial publication in this journal.
Authors can enter into the preparation of additional contractual separately for non-exclusive distribution of a rich version of the journal issue (eg: post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with the recognition of initial publication in this journal.
